All Saints Sister Parish Ministry

In 2010, St. Monica and All Saints Parishes began meeting to forge stronger connections, to support each other’s ministries and to share our faith. Several ties already connected the two parishes, including our participation in All Saints Meal Program and their Youth Tutoring/Mentoring Program. All Saints Parish students receive parishioner tuition rates at St. Monica School. We are praying for each other and are beginning to share formation opportunities. We hope to share liturgy and music in the future. Parishioners from St. Monica, St. Eugene and All Saints will join together to experience the Just Faith formation program.

All Saints Catholic Church, located near 25th & Capitol, was formed in 1994 as a merger of nine north side Catholic churches. All Saints has approximately 600 families from all over greater Milwaukee. They have a reputation for vibrant liturgies, a marvelous choir, and outreach ministries that truly serve those in need.

Our twinning relationship with All Saints Parish is into its 4th year, and our commitment to and friendship with our sister parish continues to deepen. Would you like to be a part of this rewarding endeavor? Here are some ideas:

Can you cook and serve a meal? St. Monica has a team of dedicated volunteers who cook and serve a meal at the All Saints meal program once each month, and other parishes do the same. But there are still days each month where All Saints must fend for themselves. If you have a group (scouts, sports team, friends from work) that would like to sign up for one of these days, please contact All Saints Outreach Coordinator Nicole Pate for available dates and more information.

Are you handy? The Commons, a shelter for women and children operated by All Saints is in need of some general repair and spruce up. Grab your tools/paintbrush and a buddy and pick a project that suits your ability and time. Nicole would be happy to identify some options for you
