RCIA Orientation Meeting: please attend one meeting
• Thursday September 29th at 7:00pm at St. Eugene (Rectory)
• Sunday, October 9th at 11:15-12:00pm, at St. Monica (Ministry Center)
Sponsor Training (sponsors only)
• Thursday, November 3rd at 7:30 in St. Eugene (Rectory) –sponsors only
Participation in “Roots” Program: Required of every RCIA candidate/catechumen
• Roots meets every 3rd Monday of the month at Saint Monica’s in Donovan Hall. We are viewing “The Catholicism Project” by Fr. Robert Barron this year. Please sit with your sponsor at the “reserved” table.
Weekend Liturgies: Rites & Dismissals
RCIA involves the entire parish community. The candidates participate in various rituals during some weekend Masses; this way they get to know the community and the community gets to know them. The candidates are also part of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee; so they participate in some events at the Cathedral to help them connect with the larger church.
• General commitment the late Mass on Sundays at your parish, and participate in the Dismissal Rite/Breaking Open

• Sunday, December 4th: Rites of Welcome (candidates) & Acceptance (catechumens): (8:30 Mass @ St. Eugene, 10:15 Mass at St. Monica) Please attend the one at your parish.
• February 26th: Rites of Sending and Election
o Rite of Sending at each parish: (8:30 Mass @ St. Eugene, 10:15 Mass at St. Monica)
o Rite of Election: Cathedral, 1:30 pm
• April 7th: Rite of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist): Easter Vigil (8:00pm at each parish)

14. March 18th: Second Scrutiny at mass only –no class today
15. March 19th: Roots 6:30-8:30pm
16. March 25th: Annuciation. Third Scrutiny (Includes Presentation of the Lord’s Prayer)
17. April 1st Palm Sunday
18. April 7th: Easter Vigil @ 8:00PM
19. April 16th: Roots 6:30-8:30pm
