WE, the people of Saint Monica Faith Community, gifted and called to holiness, witness God's presence in our daily lives.
WE, as baptized Catholics, recognize our responsibility to carry out the mission of Jesus through communal prayer and worship, lifelong Christian formation, and ministry to all God's people.
WE believe that we are the living presence of Jesus. We gather to celebrate and proclaim as a faith community the Good News. We commit ourselves to providing an atmosphere that nurtures the ongoing faith development and fellowship of our sacramental/eucharistic community.
WE believe that according to scripture and Catholic tradition every Christian is called to work for justice throughout our society. We, therefore, commit ourselves to educate others on social issues, to strive to meet the immediate needs of others and to work for changes that establish the concept of social justice as part of the structure of our society.
WE acknowledge the unique gifts and individual talents that God has given each of us. We dedicate ourselves to sharing our Time, Talent, and Treasure as disciples of the Lord for the building up of the Body of Christ: The Church.
